    Ross Physicians for Human Rights IN ACTION!!!

    M7.3 earthquake in Haiti is believed to result in the loss of hundreds and thousands of lives and cost billions of dollars.

    PHR is in action to help the victims of the earthquake. Make your donations online NOW. You can make the difference!

    Your donation is tax-deductible (use TIN 22-2488437). Donations for the Haiti earthquake will go to Doctors Without Borders.

    Thanksgiving Celebration at The Grange

    Kimberly Fund Awards May-August 2009

    As we are wrapping up another semester, we would like to congratulate everyone for another successful semester with PHR!

    We are happy to announce the Kimberly Fund recipients for this semester:

    ~ Shana Paul and Naomi Daisy are two young chronic dialysis patients at Princess Margaret Hospital who needed help in purchasing dialysis medications. They each received $2000 EC for Epogen supply.

    ~Mr. Bruno, also a renal failure patient at PMH, who is in need of kidney transplant, also received $2000 EC for dialysis and medications.

    ~On June 20th, PHR participated in the ISA Date Auction to raise money for the Princess Margaret Hospital’s Dialysis Unit. Another $2000 EC was donated for the cause.

    We would like to thank the Ross Community for your donations during the Culture Night Fundraiser.
